Privacy requests

MyRecon has no accounts and does not store your searches on the server, so in most cases there is nothing held about you to export or delete — see the privacy policy for exactly what is and is not retained. If you believe something about you is being held, write and say so.

Security disclosure

Found a vulnerability in MyRecon? Please report it privately before disclosing it publicly, and we will confirm receipt and keep you updated on the fix. Testing is welcome against our own systems only.

What we cannot help with

We do not run investigations on third parties on request, and we cannot help you access, recover or monitor an account that is not yours. Requests of that kind are declined without exception — see our terms. If you are dealing with harassment or impersonation, contact the platform involved and your local authorities; we can advise on gathering evidence about your own accounts.
